Privacy Community of Practice

Members of the Privacy Community of Practice share an interest in protecting the well-being and minimizing the risk of harm to the people whose personal data are created, exchanged, and used at the University of Washington. Together with the privacy team they further the commitment to modernize privacy by supporting and implementing privacy practices within their area of responsibility.

Members of the Privacy Community of Practice:

• Regularly attend and participate in meetings.
• Promote privacy practices in their unit.
• Provide feedback and observations to help continuously improve Privacy Office tools, templates, and workflows.
• Share expertise and experiences within CoP and Office of Information Security privacy team.
