Privacy Office moving to a new ticket system!

Friday, Sept 13th, 3 p.m., the Privacy Office will begin transitioning to UW Connect to manage new tickets sent to uwprivacy@uw.edu or created through one of our webforms. This is the same system UW-IT uses, enabling the integration of our advising services and incident management workflows with other units in the Office of Information Security. You’ll also be able to track your privacy tickets in one system with other UW-IT tickets. If you have an open ticket in RT, the system we currently use, we’ll let you know directly if we’re migrating your ticket to UW Connect. You should not notice an interruption in service.
